ELEVEN SESSION (SPECIAL SESSION), PEOPLE'S COUNCIL OF HOA TAN TAY COMMUNE, TERM XIII, 2021-2026

          Attending the district were comrade Le Trung Hien, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the District Party Committee and Director of the District Political Center, in charge of the commune; comrade Tran Quoc Sach, Deputy Head of the Economic - Social Department of the District People's Council; in the commune were comrade Nguyen Van Quang, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Commune People's Council; comrade Le Van Vu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee, along with comrades of the Commune People's Council delegates, commune officials, and secretaries of Party cells in the commune.

         Comrade Le Van Vu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee approved 06 reports: Report on approving the investment policy for the project of installing security cameras in the commune; Report on approving the investment policy for the project of Upgrading and expanding the intra-field traffic route from Ben Sach to the edge of the market field; Report on approving the investment policy for the project of Upgrading and expanding the rural traffic route from Phu Khanh school bridge to the edge of the stream bridge and the route from Hoa Tan Tay Kindergarten to the edge of Mr. Vo Quoc Sach's house in Xuan Thanh 1 village; Report on approving the plan to mobilize people's contributions for the project of Upgrading and expanding the intra-field traffic route from Ben Sach to the edge of the market field; Report on approving the plan to mobilize people's contributions for the project of Upgrading and expanding the rural traffic route from Phu Khanh school bridge to the edge of the stream bridge and the route from Hoa Tan Tay Kindergarten to the edge of Mr. Vo Quoc Sach's house in Xuan Thanh 1 village; Report on approval of the plan to mobilize people's contributions for the project of installing security cameras in the commune.

         Comrade Le Van Thuong, member of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, on behalf of the Economic and Social Committee, reported on the review of the Reports and draft Resolutions of the Commune People's Committee submitted to the meeting in the field of the committee. 
The meeting discussed and agreed on the plans presented at the meeting.
       At the meeting, the Secretary passed 06 draft Resolutions: Resolution on approving the investment policy for the project: Upgrading and expanding the intra-field traffic route from Ben Sach to the elbow of the market field; Resolution on approving the capital mobilization plan for people's contributions for the project; upgrading and expanding the intra-field traffic route from Ben Sach to the elbow of the market field; Resolution on the investment policy for the construction of the project Installing security cameras in the commune; Resolution on approving the capital mobilization plan for people's contributions for the project Installing security cameras in the commune; Resolution on approving the investment policy for the project; Upgrading and expanding the rural traffic route from Phu Khanh school bridge to the border of Mr. Vo Quoc Sach's house in Xuan Thanh 1 village; Resolution on approving the Capital mobilization plan for the project from the people's contributions; Upgrading and expanding the rural traffic route from Phu Khanh school bridge to the border of the stream bridge and the Hoa Tan Tay Kindergarten route to the border of Mr. Vo Quoc Sach's house in Xuan Thanh 1 village. 100% of delegates unanimously approved./.
